Crude Commercial *Updated*

I am completely appalled by the new Burger King commercial. This is not the first time this fast food restaurant chain has advertised on the perverse side. Are they that desperate for service?

I am so sick of seeing such things that are so degrading. I posted the link below if you have not seen what I'm referring too. I didn't even want to embed it in this post because I couldn't stand to see the picture. I am in no way promoting this but was wondering if I'm the only one feeling this way.

Is this just not completely inappropriate?

*Updated* I wanted to link you to a site called One Million Moms. They have an article about this very issue with information to lodge a complaint. Thanks BP for the link. I've never seen this site before.

No, you're not the only one. I saw this same commercial on TV the other night and actually did a double take. So completely unnecessary!!

I haven't seen it on tv and hope that I never do b/c I wouldn't want my kids to see all that. However, the Utube video made me laugh! It's funny but should never be placed where children could view it. BK should know better than that!

Oh that's disgustingly inappropriate! I got an email from Onemillionmoms.com about it and then saw your post.

I agree, Natalie...completely uncalled-for. Wasn't it Burger King that did a very inappropriate commercial a couple of years ago with Paris Hilton washing a car? Looks like a pattern of pushing the envelope to me.

OK, so I have to admit, I chuckled not because of the content...which I don't agree with at all...but I chuckled because honestly...Can someone tell me what this has to do with a Whopper and Fries? That does not even make sense...and Spongebob..really...like 25 college year olds watch that! Strange and not necessary~

Um, what exactly does this have to do with the burgers that Burger King is supposed to be advertising? It didn't make me hungry. It kind of made me a little sick.

And in response to the Paris Hilton comment, that was Hardees. We banned them until they pulled the ad and even for a long time afterward. I have a feeling we'll be banning BK for a while, too.

I only watched a little of it...what does that have anything to do with hamburgers. I'm more upset that spongebob had anything to do with this. I always thought spongebob was cute and harmless but that have to be going dipping in the dirty now. Stupid! Stupid commercial. Dumb and inappropriate.
